EVENT FAQ
The practical details, before we build the proposal.
Every event is different, but the same questions come up often. These answers explain the working service model and what we will confirm together before an event is booked.
What is the Heritage Magnet Bar?
It is a planned event experience centered on custom square 2x2 Story Magnets. Guests choose or make a photograph, review the crop, and follow the event-specific production and handoff flow.
Which kinds of events are a good fit?
Weddings, milestone celebrations, brand activations, conferences, employee events, schools, churches, nonprofits, festivals, reunions, and other gatherings can all be considered.
Do guests need to bring a photograph?
Not necessarily. The image plan can use a host-curated gallery, live event photography, or a hybrid model. We will confirm the source and permissions before the event.
What size are the magnets?
The current Heritage Magnets production format is a square 2x2 Story Magnet. Other formats are not included in the active service.
Can the experience match a wedding or brand?
Yes. The proposal can define approved imagery, visual framing, guest instructions, packaging, and other presentation details appropriate to the host.
Can guests add a Note?
An optional text Note can be connected to an individual Story Magnet. Whether Notes are included depends on the event plan and guest flow.
How many guests can participate?
Capacity depends on the event window, venue, image workflow, staffing, and production plan. Share the expected guest count so we can recommend the right structure.
How much does an event cost?
Events are quoted individually because venue access, travel, staffing, production volume, timing, branding, and handoff requirements vary. The package page explains the working service levels.
Where is the service available?
Location and travel are reviewed for each inquiry. Include the city and venue in the quote form so feasibility can be confirmed before a proposal is issued.
How far ahead should we inquire?
Earlier is better when the event has a fixed date, venue coordination, brand approvals, or a custom photography plan. Submit the date even if some details are still developing.
Do you require a deposit?
Booking terms, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and any deposit will be stated in the event proposal and agreement before the date is reserved.
What happens after I submit the form?
We review the event details, identify any missing operational questions, and follow up using the contact information provided. A date is not reserved until both sides approve the final scope and booking terms.
